I would really like to be signing up for classes right now, but you’re not responding to my emails. And while I appreciate that it would be much easier for me to just call you, I currently live in Bolivia, so that’s not really an option unless I would like to spend lots of money (Which is pretty much never the case). So If you could get back to me THAT WOULD BE SUPER AWESOME.

So at least twice a week, we have some sort of dish with this horrible cheese in it. And everytime, my mom says try it! there’s only a little bit of cheese. And I do, and it’s almost always horrible. She liked it though because these are seriously gods gift to man.

This is Emily and I on a micro. Some Argentinian hippies got on and serenaded the bus, and then the bus driver stopped really fast and the guitar player was 1 step away from falling out. It was a glorious time.

Really my biggest issue is Arabic because its 5 credit hours, so I’m talking to my adviser about taking a super basic Arabic class that’s meant for kids going abroad to an Arabic speaking country, and then testing into Arabic two next year.

Number of credits in my tentative schedule? 18

This is the face of a girl who finally has her visa (I’ve only been illegal for 7 months, no biggie). Meaning I’ll be able to leave Bolivia eventually! (Not that I want to leave, so much as I miss my home) This is also the face of a girl terrified of public speaking who’s about to give a presentation in front of her entire Rotary Club, in Spanish (She’s not as excited about that as she looks).
